The Jo Harvelle Ficathon
She may or may not be returning to the show, but hell, she can live on through fics. I've noticed a great amount of Jo fics out there lately, so, I know people are writing stories about her. Why not do a ficathon to show our girl some love?

Assignments out: Sept. 3
Stories due: Oct. 4 (just in time for the season 3 premiere of SPN)
Last day to drop-out: Sept. 23

Three requirements: Jo and her new belly button piercing, mermaids, tarot cards
Three no-ways: graphic sex -- I like the fade-to-black method, jealousy, menstruation jokes
You are willing/not willing to write: not good at the wincest or crossovers; anything else I'll give it a go.

You are willing/not willing to write: I can do funny, snarky, angsty; graphic sex is fine. I'm not so good with fluff and wincest is definitely a no-no.

Character(s) and/or ship(s) you want in your fic: Jo and John - father-daughter type relationship. Possibly Jo/John if you want to go there, but if you do make sure it's conflicted and angsty rather than fluffy.
Three requirements: Runaway from home to go hunting, John being reminded of his sons by Jo's actions, friction/arguments/stubbornness from both sides.
Three no-ways: Fluff, Jo playing 'damsel-in-distress' without fighting back, passive-aggressive behaviour.
You are willing to write: Pretty much anything goes - possessed characters, non-con, incest, threesomes, Jo/John, Jo/Sam, femslash, slash, character death, unhappy endings. Not willing to write: Pregnancy, marriage, established relationships, fluff or schmoop, Jo/Dean unless it's unrequited or a sibling relationship.
Wanna be a back-up writer? If you really, really need me. I'm not sure if I'll have the time.
