11:27 am - SPN art and weekend updateHi folks. Hope everyone is still enjoying their three-day weekend. I wrote. I read. I did my SHU crits. Today I'm gonna write some more.

06:09 pm - "he's got stars in his eyes"I hope my neighbors didn't mind that I had "Juke Box Hero" by Foreigner on repeat for most of the afternoon. Hee. Novel progress: 105 pages and 21,000 words! Whoo. I passed my goal. To reward myself, I'm going for a run and then a movie. A friend called and asked if I wanted to go see "Balls of Fury." Why not? I need some mindless humor. Back to work tomorrow, but the fair starts this weekend. Hinder/Papa Roach/Buckcherry concert on Satuday, then Skillet on Monday :) And because I am a dork. I look at the Creation Con website at least once a day to stare at the shiny banner and remind myself $400 is worth it. IT IS WORTH IT. |
